The SAT program (Seekers after Truth) is a comprehensive human psycho-spiritual development course developed by Dr. Claudio Naranjo, that combines methods of modern psychotherapy with practices of Eastern traditions.
Working with the Enneagram of Personality plays a central role in the SAT program. The Enneagram springs from ancient traditions and provides an amazingly accurate map of personal development processes.
We asked some of the participants of the last SAT cycle for an interview and gained exciting insights into their experiences with the SAT program and the Enneagram.
Here is the report by Luc from Belgium:
🎤 ZIST: How did you come to participate in the SAT program?
LUC: I had already done the Hoffman Process with Katrin Reuter and Cherif Chalakani who organize the SAT program in France/Germany and the learning experience and self-awareness I gained was amazing. I then decided to participate to the SAT program.
🎤 ZIST: Has participation in the SAT program changed your view of yourself and your relationships with others? If so, can you explain it a little?
LUC: Yes, so much. The SAT is about learning about how you constructed yourself and how this is still plays in your life. Understanding that and looking at its impact on your relationships, experimenting emotionally, physically and mentally what it does and how it can be transformed is freeing.
🎤 ZIST: What impressed you the most in this seminar? Was there a key moment or a particularly important finding?
LUC: The discovery process in itself that touches my mental, physical and emotional self. There were so many moving moments. One of the key latest moment was me re-discovering how to play and explore in nature, dance and dare to be who I am.
🎤 ZIST: What does the Enneagram mean to you?
LUC: A way to explore who I am and understand better others. For me it is a way to explore and liberate myself.
🎤 ZIST: How important was the experience within the group and how did you feel the atmosphere?
LUC: The group is a key part of the SAT as it is at the same time a support and a challenge. Over the different SATs we create strong links with people from around the world. We go beyond the surface and explore together the most profound parts of ourselves.
🎤 ZIST: How did you like ZIST as a venue and its surroundings?
LUC: It is one of the nicest locations I’ve been to attend a self-development workshop: beautiful nature all around, nice premises and great food.
🎤 ZIST: Thank you very much, Luc, for your inspirational insights!
ZIST has been a regular venue for the SAT Program and the Enneagram of Personality according to Dr. Claudio Naranjo for many years.
